Design Flow: Herberia at Milan Design Week 2026 – Fuorisalone

During Milan Design Week, the Fuorisalone becomes the place where ideas, materials and designers come together. It is in this context that Design Flow – Dialogue Becomes Spaces takes shape: a design experience that goes beyond the concept of exhibition, evolving into a living and interconnected system.

A project where ceramic surfaces, furniture and technology interact, creating spaces designed for contemporary interior design.

Design Flow: when dialogue becomes space

Design Flow is not just a concept, but an approach to architectural design. Every element – materials, objects, solutions – becomes an active part of a broader narrative, where design emerges from the relationship between different areas of expertise.

In an increasingly interconnected world, architecture evolves as well: no longer individual products, but integrated systems capable of generating value.

Surfaces do not simply cover a space — they define it, guide it and make it recognizable.

A collaboration that creates design value

The project comes to life through the synergy of brands that share a common vision of design:

• Herberia Ceramica, with its porcelain stoneware and double-fired ceramic surfaces
• Gaia Mobili, interpreter of contemporary furniture design
• Zehnder Group, with high-impact designer radiators
• TECE, integrating technology into architectural design

A collaboration that demonstrates how contemporary design is born from the meeting of materials, function and aesthetics, going beyond the boundaries between product and project.

Balance between material and style

In the living area, the design language is expressed through a refined balance between material and color.

The Dolomia Taupe 90×90 porcelain stoneware flooring interacts with the Groove Taupe 60×120 wall covering, creating an elegant and contemporary material base.

The dining area introduces a more decorative dimension thanks to the Select Foliage 33×100 double-fired white-body ceramic tiles, adding rhythm and visual lightness to the space.

The result is an environment where ceramic surfaces become the protagonists, in perfect harmony with the Dorico wooden furniture by Gaia Mobili and the Kleo radiator by Zehnder, both in an olive green tone.

Warmth, material and identity

This bathroom project develops around a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere. The Boiserie Cannetè Rovere double-fired surface intertwines with the deep tones of the Onici Smeraldo collection, creating a dialogue between natural inspiration and refined aesthetics.

The coordinated Onice 90×90 porcelain stoneware flooring enhances visual continuity, while the Klaro Spa radiator by Zehnder, in brushed gold finish, introduces a luminous and distinctive accent.

At the center of the composition stands the Metropol bathroom furniture by Gaia Mobili, whose balanced forms and contemporary language define a harmonious and carefully designed space.

An environment that interprets the bathroom as a wellbeing space, where materials, furniture and details create a complete sensory experience.

Visual continuity and innovation

The proposed bathroom expresses a more contemporary and design-oriented vision. The Clay Pearl porcelain stoneware surfaces, combined with the Dandy decor, define a sophisticated space where textures and graphics merge into a single visual language.

The coordinated flooring enhances material continuity, while the Zehnder Metropolitan radiator in bronze finish introduces an elegant vertical presence, in dialogue with the warm tones of the space.

Completing the composition is the Peninsula bathroom furniture by Gaia Mobili, whose essential and architectural design contributes to a functional, orderly and perfectly integrated environment.

Here, technological innovation also comes into play: the TECEsquare flush plate, clad with Herberia ceramic surfaces. Technology fully integrates into the wall covering, becoming invisible and leaving space to material continuity.

When technology becomes surface

The flush plate is no longer a separate element, but an integral part of the wall covering.
